Workshops on Self-Advocacy at the MGH and the Glen, Hosted by Local Wellness Advisors from McGill
While we recognize the importance of advocating for our needs, addressing concerns, and setting healthy work boundaries, actually putting these into practice can be difficult. These workshops help students explore why self-advocacy can be so challenging and provide practical skills for assertive communication and boundary-setting. Participants will gain tools to express their needs effectively, build healthy relationships, and maintain mutual respect.
