- Session 2: Integration focuses on project integration management, covering how to combine and coordinate various project activities and processes. This session will help you manage the complexities of research projects and learn how to manage change effectively, contributing to the smooth progress of your degree.
- Session 3: Scope, Schedule, and Costs will provide an overview of the golden triangle of project management. You’ll learn how to define project scopes, manage schedules, and control costs, essential skills for completing your research and managing your projects’ budgets.
- Session 4: Communication, Risks, and Stakeholders will teach you how to communicate effectively, manage risks, and engage stakeholders. These skills are critical for working collaboratively with supervisors, committee members, and other stakeholders to complete your research. Understanding stakeholder management will also be beneficial when looking for future work.
