We are pleased to invite you to our inaugural BME connect | Alumni and Industry Day, taking place on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the McGill Faculty Club.

This new event will bring together members of the Biomedical Engineering community and beyond, including alumni, industry professionals, researchers, trainees, faculty, and collaborators, for a full day of knowledge exchange, networking, career exploration, and collaboration.

The program will feature:

• Keynote presentations from industry leaders André Tremblay, Former VP Agile Product Development, Resonetics, and Frank Baylis, Co-executive Chairman, Baylis Medical Technologies

• Alumni panels featuring BME professionals at different career stages, sharing diverse career experiences and pathways. Featuring representatives from Roche, Teamworks, National Research Council Canada, TissueTinker Bio, Next AI, VoixIA Biomedical, and more!

• Networking opportunities with professionals from companies spanning medical device manufacturing, medtech, pharma, AI, health technology, and beyond, plus organizations like Mitacs, Montréal InVivo, and more!
