The Future in Focus: Precision Medicine Career Insight and Discovery Program is designed to help McGill graduate students and postdocs discover the wide range of roles connected to precision health and biotechnology.

  Build Career Confidence and Networks: Engage directly with guest speakers, introduce them, share your research, and participate in peer learning.

  Access Career Support and Mentorship: Participants connect with DCAT and Tremplin resources, with some receiving financial support to enroll in The Second Lab Mentorship Program.

Format and Time Commitment

Participants should plan to spend about 3 hours per week for 10 weeks. This includes attending weekly virtual sessions and completing any assigned readings. In addition to these virtual sessions, there will be three in-person sessions scheduled throughout the program.

Who Can Apply?

• Current MSc students, PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows affiliated with McGill University.
• Please note: This program involves a competitive application and adjudication process, and spots are limited.
