Join us for a full-day Knowledge Mobilization & Translation Workshop designed to help graduate students and postdoctoral fellows develop practical communication skills that can be applied across professional settings.

Whether you are preparing a scholarship or grant application, presenting your research, speaking with the media, communicating on social media, or exploring opportunities beyond academia, the ability to explain your research clearly and adapt your message to different audiences is an essential transferable skill.

Who should attend?

This workshop is open to Master’s students, PhD students and postdoctoral fellows across research centres.

The workshop is particularly relevant to trainees who would like to:

• communicate their research more clearly and confidently;
• develop stronger oral and media communication skills;
• learn how to adapt their message for different audiences;
• explore different ways of sharing research, including media, social media and podcasts;
• develop a structured approach to communicating the impact and relevance of their research.
