Research Management and Faculty Track Program
The Consortium’s training program in Research Management and Faculty Track (RMFT) is designed to prepare Postdoctoral fellows for careers as Principle Investigators and academic research leaders.
Each year, one cohort is selected through a competitive review process. Applicants must submit a package with a two-page original research proposal, a motivation/cover letter, and a CV.
Successful candidates undergo an 18-month training period, participating in coaching, seminars, and workshops on Leadership, Management, Mentoring, teaching preparation, and research funding. Participants benefit from leadership and research management mastery courses, spanning 10 months and including e-learning and online group sessions. The coaching also includes a mentoring component focusing on career transition towards Independence.
Professor Natalie Zeytuni and her committee organize custom workshops on preparing a teaching statement and portfolio, preparing a research statement and grant writing, comparing university requirements, job applications, and inviting early career panelists. Some of these workshops are also open to all Postdocs, look for periodic announcements.
Applications to 2025-2026 Research Management and Faculty Track Program for Postdoctoral Fellows is closed !
