The Tremplin Award directly enabled the program to secure the venue and expert speakers, provide necessary materials, and ensure a seamless and enriching experience for all participants. Specifically, the funding allowed them to bring in Adoc Talent Management to provide specialized workshop training. A panel of students from the Institute discussed training opportunities they had taken advantage of, including those through Tremplin and DCAT. Skill development was a key focus, with workshops on various strategies for finding and applying for a job, including how to create a polished LinkedIn profile, led by Adoc Talent Management.
